We provide a comprehensive crypto payment gateway designed for businesses of all sizes. We offer no-code solutions to manage subscriptions, SaaS, and marketplaces effortlessly. The privacy policy hereby explains how we work with the data received, how we use it and protect it in align with the applicable governing regulations.
DEFINITION AND LEGAL REFERENCES
The “Speed Web App | Speed Wallet” is hereby collectively referred as “Speed” with reference to this privacy policy. This policy related solely to Speed Web App | Speed Wallet, if not stated otherwise within this document.

The data collected from the user is to provide best of our services, content performance and features testing (A/B testing), customer support, transaction updates, marketing communications, respond to enforcement requests, database management to update our users registration and authentication provided by Speed. In addition to the above it would also help to detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, protecting the rights and interests of the other users, and for legal & compliance activities.
The Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of usage, data is automatically collected while using Speed. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by Speed is mandatory and failure to provide the required data may make it difficult for Speed to provide its services. Any use of Cookies or of other tracking tools by Speed or by the owners of third-party services used by Speed serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document. The following information is collected by the Speed Web App | Speed Wallet:
- Personal Information: Full name of individual or company; Country; Email address; Trackers; Contact information; Number of Users; Application opens; Launches;
- Financial Information: Transaction history; balances;
- Technical Information: Geography/Region; Device information; Operating systems;
- Data Information: Usage Data; Universally unique identifier (UUID); Data communicated while using the service; Number of sessions; Duration of sessions;
- Device information: Storage permission, Biometric data access permission, photo library permission; camera permission (without saving or recording);
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED:
- Analytics, heat mapping and session recording: to monitor and analyze web traffic and to keep track of user behavior. Heat mapping are used to display the areas that users interact with most frequently.
- Contact: After filing the contact form with their data, the user authorizes Speed to use the information to reply to any requests for any information or of any other kind as indicated in the form’s header.
- Content performance and features testing: This helps in tracking and analyzing the user response concerning web traffic or behavior changes to the structure, text or any other component of Speed.
- Compliance activities: KYC process (other than personal information) like proof of govt. issued IDs, contact number, resident proof etc. helps in adhering the compliance of certain countries.
- Database management: managing a database of email contacts, phone contacts or other relevant information to communicate with the user. It collects data of the user interaction. The data given may also be matched with public profiles of users (such as on social networks) and used to build private profiles that the owner can display and use for improving Speed.
- Registration and authentication: to identify the user and give them access to dedicated services. The data collected is for registration or identification purposes only. The user fills the registration form (i.e. mentioning full name of company/individual, email etc.) and data gets updated directly to Speed.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED:
- Regulatory Authorities: The information collected might be disclosed to the regulatory authorities if required to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations.
- Third Party Disclosure: The user data (except the personal information) might get shared to a certain level while the user is using any gaming apps or to other websites/services related to Speed i.e. Google Analytics for firebase (for apps) (Google LLC); Google Optimize (Google LLC); Google Optimize 360 (Google LLC); Hotjar Heat Maps & Recordings (Hotjar Ltd.); Sendgrid; Twilio (Twilio inc.); Intercom (Intercom Inc.) since Speed uses their services for the processing and management of detailed information. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
User data might be transferred and processed cross countries since Speed operates globally. Speed tries to implement this safely and in complying with the applicable data protection standards. Users should note that some jurisdictions may not offer the same level of protection as their home jurisdiction.
PRICING & FEES
Speed doesn’t determine the Bitcoin’s price independently, the price determined is the average of the market prices of different exchanges or liquidity providers. Also, there is no fee charged from any user while signing up for web app or wallet.
REFUND POLICY
The Speed acts as a Custodian of wallet and encourages to keep bitcoins that user is planning to spend soon. Speed don’t have any refund policy since it doesn’t deal in fiat currencies.
DATA RETENTION
The data received by Speed shall retain as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, including to provide our services, complying with regulations, to enforce any agreements or for future references. We periodically review our data to ensure its in line with all the above requirements and if it is no longer necessary, we will take steps to delete or anonymize it.

MINOR’S POLICY
Our services are not intended for individuals below 18 years of age. If any information of minor is received by mistake, then we will take the corrective measures accordingly.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Speed reserves the right to make changes in this privacy policy as and when required. The update shall be notified to users on this page and on our web app and wallet. We encourage users to periodically review this privacy policy to remain informed. After any changes are made if the user continues to use our service than it shall be assumed that the user is agreed to the updated terms.
Google Analytics for firebase (for apps); or Firebase (for apps) or Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC).: Under this service usage data, session duration, region/geography, application opens, number of users, launches, operating systems, trackers; are processed as user information to improve user’s experience. Speed uses identifiers for mobile devices and similar technologies to run the Firebase analytics service. Google Optimize 360 (service provided by Google LLC): This is the service provided by Google LLC which provides A/B testing and other tools by processing the usage data and trackers, so that the owner can target group of users depending on their usage history of Speed. Hotjar Heatmaps & Hotjar Recordings: There are two types of services provided by Hotjar Ltd. for analyzing the user behavior (through clicks, scrolling etc.) Hotjar Heatmaps provides “Do Not Track” request option for users available in all major browsers so that user data remains protected. You can read its opt-out information here. Hotjar usually process usage data, cookies and other data of user as specified in their Privacy Policy.
Twilio: Twilio Provides communication tools by processing the contacts, messages of the users. The service is provided by Twilio, Inc, you can read their policy Twilio phone numbers management and communication service provided by Twilio, Inc.
Sendgrid: Sendgrid is a communication platform for emails. It helps in sending and managing transactional and marketing emails by processing the email address of the user. The service is provided by SendGrid, Inc., it is part of Twilio You can go through their privacy policy SendGrid.
Intercom: Intercom service provided by Intercom Inc. is used as a medium for communications either through emails, messages within Speed which helps in enhancing user support, smooth integrations and database management. The data processed by Intercom is usually the personal data which was communicated while using the service like email address; Trackers; Universally unique identifier (UUID); Usage Data; and other types of as specified in the Privacy Policy.
